What to check before booking
- Service area and how fees are calculated.
- Whether you can choose an exact time or it’s planned by route.
- How long the driver waits and what happens if you’re late.
- Whether to prepare a leash, carrier or supplies.
- How boarding is charged — drop-off time affects the number of days.
