Why choose Mini Boarding House
400-ping lawn garden
Fully fenced grounds: on nice days dogs run and explore outdoors every day, and in the right season they can splash in the outdoor pool.
Cage-free · Grouped by personality
Dogs are grouped by size, personality, energy level, and social skills. Small and large dogs play separately, under full staff supervision.
Daily LINE updates
We send photos and videos every day, so you can see your dog eating, playing, and resting while you're away.
Pickup across Taipei & New Taipei
Pickup and drop-off can be booked anywhere in Taipei City and New Taipei City, for both check-in and check-out.

We follow a set daily routine so dogs feel secure even in a new place. Plans may change depending on the weather and each dog’s condition.
After cleaning, the large dogs head out to the garden first while staff take videos and photos; then it's indoor play and more photos.
Small dogs, large dogs, and dogs in private rooms are fed one at a time; rest is scheduled before and after meals to reduce the risk of bloat (GDV) in large dogs.
Dogs rest quietly; check-in, check-out, pickup, and visits are not available during this time.
Another round of cleaning, outdoor play, and photos, and we send each owner their dog's update for the day.
After the evening meal comes quiet rest time; unneutered dogs and those needing their own space return to their private rooms.

Boarding guidelines
Before your first stay, please read the rules below. For more questions, see our FAQ.
Dogs that need a daycare assessment first
Dogs with any of the followingmust complete a daycare assessment and show they've settled in before boarding can be arranged:
- Separation anxiety
- Easily nervous or timid
- Limited social experience
- Has shown aggressive, charging, or mounting behavior
- Overreacts to new environments or stimuli
- Unneutered males
- Large dogs prone to anxiety (higher risk of bloat (GDV))
After the assessment, we'll share what we observed and our recommendations.See what the assessment covers →
Check-in hours & billing
- Check-in hours 9:30 am–9:30 pm; closed during quiet time 12–2 pm.
- Boarding is charged per 24 hours, counted from the actual check-in time. For example, checking in at 10:00 am on 5/5 and being picked up before 10:00 am on 5/6 counts as one night.
- For pickups beyond 24 hours, the extra time is charged as daycare (in 6-hour blocks); over 12 hours counts as another night of boarding.
- If you miss the latest pickup time, please pick up the next day; overtime fees will apply.
Health & vaccinations
- Rabies and core (multi-in-one) vaccines must be complete, with regular preventive treatment for internal and external parasites.
- No contagious diseases.
- For your first stay, please allow about 20 minutes: we'll scan the owner's ID for our records, and please bring the original vaccination booklet stamped by your vet.
Food & supplies
- We recommend bringing your dog's usual food to keep their home eating routine; fresh meals and treats are also available as add-ons.
- Beds, bowls, and toys are provided, or you can bring your dog's familiar items.
- For a first stay or a shy dog, we suggest bringing a blanket or clothing with the owner's scent.
- If your dog needs oral or topical medication, please bring it; our staff will help as instructed.
Behavior & safety
- We cannot accept dogs that are aggressive, won't let people touch them, or bark excessively.
- If a dog is shy or shows aggressive behavior, we'll talk with the owner first and separate them if needed.
- Male dogs that lift their leg or mount wear a belly band and are checked regularly; rubbing may cause slight redness, which is normal.
- Unneutered dogs need a private room during their stay (small +NT$400/night, large +NT$600/night). Our staff will try to arrange socializing based on each dog's personality and interactions; when settled, they still enjoy indoor and outdoor activities. During rest, at night, or whenever close supervision isn't possible, they stay in their private room.
- We cannot accept female dogs while they are in heat.
- If a dog shows mounting, charging, excessive marking, risk of aggression, or anxiety that won't settle during their stay, we'll move them to a private room for safety (small +NT$400/night, large +NT$600/night).
Emergencies
We are about a 1-hour drive (longer in traffic) from the nearest emergency vet hospital that can treat bloat (GDV). In an emergency, we'll contact owners right away and help get the dog to a vet.
Exclusions
The hotel is not liable for losses resulting from the following:
- Injury or death caused directly or indirectly by a dog's own pre-existing or current illness.
- Pre-existing or current illnesses arising from causes not attributable to the hotel.
- Natural death from old age.
