Feb 3 (Wed) – Feb 11 (Thu), 2027: 9 days, 8 nights. Lunar New Year is our busiest time of year — space is limited and each size group has a limited number of spots, so please book as soon as your plans are set.

2027 Lunar New Year rates

Boarding is charged per 24 hours at double the regular rate, by your dog’s weight:

Regular boarding (regular rate × 2)

VIP members (VIP rate × 2)

Deposit and cancellation rules

• Reservation and deposit: A 50% deposit is due within 3 days of booking to secure your reservation.
• Cancelling or shortening a stay: The same rule applies to cancelling and to shortening a stay: your deposit becomes store credit, usable for any of our services until December 31, 2027.
• Using boarding packages: Package or membership days can be used over Lunar New Year: each night uses 1 package day plus 50% of the LNY rate for your dog’s weight (Regular or VIP rate).
• Additional services: Pickup, grooming, daycare, private rooms and other services are double the regular price over Lunar New Year. In-house meals stay at NT$100 per day (two meals, kibble plus canned food).
• Limited spots: Space is limited and each size group has a limited number of spots — please book on LINE as soon as your plans are set.

How packages work over Lunar New Year

Package and membership days can still be used: each night uses 1 package day plus 50% of the LNY rate for your dog’s weight.

• A 0–5 kg dog staying all 8 nights (regular rate): NT$1,460 × 8 = NT$11,680, with a 50% deposit of NT$5,840 due within 3 days of booking.
• A 0–5 kg dog using a package: each night uses 1 package day plus NT$730 (50% of the NT$1,460 LNY rate); VIP members pay NT$680.
