When long-term boarding makes sense

• Long business trips, overseas postings or extended travel.
• Moving house or renovations.
• A family member in hospital, or any time you can’t give your dog full attention.

Preparing for a long stay

• Book a daycare day before the first stay; some dogs must complete a daycare assessment first.
• Pack enough food and medication, with feeding amounts and medication times written down.
• Check vaccinations won’t expire during the stay.
• Leave a phone number and an emergency contact; tell us on LINE early if plans change.

Care during a long stay

Dogs are cared for cage-free, grouped by size and temperament, play on the lawn every day, and you’ll get photos and videos on LINE. You can also book grooming so your dog comes home clean.
