Why allow 15–20 minutes either way
Our pet taxi usually picks up several dogs on one route, so the actual arrival time depends on two things:
- Traffic: rush hour, rain and holiday traffic all add time.
- Handover speed: how long the previous family takes to get their dog ready affects every stop after it.
We’ll give you an estimated arrival time before we set off — please allow 15–20 minutes either side. If we need to come earlier or later, we’ll call you.
How to get ready for handover
- Put on your dog’s leash or harness in advance.
- Pack food, medication and any special items in one bag labelled with your dog’s name.
- For a first stay, bring the original vet-stamped vaccination booklet.
- The driver will let you know when they’re close — please wait at the meeting point with your dog.
The driver waits up to 15 minutes at the meeting point. If handover isn’t possible within that time, the trip counts as completed and is still charged.
Living in Taipei: why choose a dog hotel just outside the city
Space is tight in central Taipei, and a big lawn where dogs can run freely is hard to find. Mini Boarding House is in Sanzhi, just outside Taipei, with a 400-ping lawn and garden, an outdoor pool and cage-free living. With pickup across Taipei and New Taipei, city dogs get much more room to play while you’re away.

How long is the drive from central Taipei to Mini Boarding House?
Off-peak, about 50–70 minutes from Zhongshan, Zhongzheng or Songshan, and about 60–80 minutes from Da’an or Xinyi. Rush hour, weekends and long holidays can take longer.
Can I choose an exact pickup time?
We can’t promise an exact time. Pickups are scheduled by route and booking order; we’ll tell you the estimated arrival before setting off — please allow 15–20 minutes either side.
